• Brindar atención y soporte para los proyectos la empresa Publica Electro Oriente S.A. tales como: Gestionar incidencias y actualizaciones de la base de datos de los satélites BDIELOR, Gestionar las incidencias que reportan los usuarios de los sistemas: INGRESO DE CAJA, PAF, ISCOM Centralizado y el sistema comercial (Facturación y cobranza diaria), Evaluar y ejecutar actividades de mejora en los procesos de los sistemas: INGRESO DE CAJA, PAF, ISCOM Centralizado y el sistema comercial (Facturación y cobranza diaria), Coordinar las mejoras comerciales con el proveedor. atender con la solución de nuevos proyectos de desarrollo e implementación de sistemas de información y/o aplicaciones, bajo la metodología establecida en ELOR.
